Morning Sickness & THE LONGEST WEEK EVER
OK, this is the last week before our cruise......and it couldn't possibly go by any slower. I feel like going to sleep and waking up on Saturday to pack my things, and until they invent time travel, that's the only way to do it! Things are at least picking up at work. Michelle's last day of school is Wednesday and she is so excited I think she might spontaneously com bust. I am so happy for her I could just gag :) It will be nice when she is home. I can then ride my bike to work and not have to worry about coming home to let Ranger out. Some good news in the pregnancy department....the morning sickness is starting to fade away. I am really hoping it will have completely sub-sided before we leave.....if not, I guess it's a good thing we opted for the balcony suite:) Speaking of morning-sickness, I think that pregnant women are by far the strangest creatures to ever walk the earth. Michelle can no-longer handle being within a 10 meter radius of the kitchen ( awfully convenient). Yesterday morning, as she was getting done with her shower ( in which, I am no-longer allowed to use my body soap, because it apparently induces vomiting) and we were talking, she tells me how great she is feeling and no more than ten seconds later she pulls the garbage from under the sink, and just looks at it ( there was no smell) and proceeds directly to the toilet. I could not help but laugh, I know it's no joking matter....but when your wife is throwing up, laughing, and saying goodbye at the same time...I think a chuckle is in order. I will be scheduling a vasectomy for Christmas, so let Santa know where to drop off my presents.
