Here's the scoop on week 10 of the pregnancy. Our child is now the size of a KUMQUAT!! I have never seen one so I googled it and got a picture. Not bad....now just imagine it with little hands and arms across it's heart, and a large head ( I'm sure the brain is massive ) . I haven't got a clue where Kumquats are grown, but maybe I can track one down on the Islands and get a better perspective on things. Some amazing things will be happening the next 3 weeks....our little babe will triple in size!!! Development of the vital organs will take place very rapidly.
We are starting to get extremely excited about our trip now, just one more day and we will be in flight to San Juan. A fabulous fathers day gift if you ask me. Sandy will be house sitting for us next week.......which is very nice of her. Although she does owe me, I am going to just punk her out right here and now. She stood me up on not one, but two occasions in the last few weeks......How do I rate....... seriously. Oh well, she's Sandy.......so I have already forgiven her:)
