Thank goodness that my wife is coming home tommarrow. I miss her so much. We went to the cottage last weekend with Barb, Jim, Adam, and Mel......and Lydia, Autumn and Brooke. Unfortunately, I had to return to work on Monday. The girls have been there all week, and from the sounds of it, are more than ready to come home. We had so much fun Sat. and Sun. Maybe I would be enjoying my time alone back in Traverse City, had I not created a massive job for myself this week:)
I have been hard at work, painting our nursery, and I admit that the fumes from the paint might be getting to me......I even put one of my socks on inside out this morning, and actually just noticed it about 3 minutes ago.
Adam will be covering for me today so I can get home early and get the room finished, as it is coming along nicely, but my goal of having it done before Michelle comes home seems to be getting further from fruition. I will do it.....I am determined. I will post the before and after pictures of my creation next week.
No, I am not painting pirates and ninjas like I wanted.........marriage is about compromise.
